INTAKE MANAGEMENT
Upon receipt of an investigative assignment by a Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services representative or investigative staff member, the information provided by you is utilized to create a confidential investigative assignment file. The file is then processed and distributed to the appropriate investigator that will be handling your case. In the case of Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services, your case is usually handled by the owner, Detective Raymond C. Ranno. The materials and information are then assessed, and the investigation dates are then scheduled or assigned to the field operative that will be handling the case. The handling investigator may be selected specifically in consideration of his or her location, experience, or expertise of which may make him or her suited to meet operation-unique requirements. A pre-investigation report and intelligence gathering is conducted in order to maximize tactical advantages in the subsequent execution of the investigative operation, optimizing the eventual cost-effectiveness of the operation at the same time. All information provided you is 100 % confidential and stored with the utmost security in mind.
Once the investigation is assigned to an investigator, Detective Raymond C. Ranno, whom always directly supervises the conduct of every assignment, receives daily reports from each investigator on a daily basis regarding the status of your case. Daily investigator notes are entered into the file’s database, usually the same day, as is the video footage obtained. Investigator notes and video are both available for access by our clients through, “ClientUpdate”. Most updates are available for viewing by our clients within twenty-four hours of completion of that particular investigative day. Clients not having access to, “ClientUpdate” may have updates provided via other secure means, the frequency of which will be dictated by each individual client.
Primary investigators complete a detailed, comprehensive report and evidence package. After review by Detective Raymond C. Ranno, the materials are sent via courier to you or are hand delivered. “ClientUpdate” clientele may access completed reports and video footage securely online, if desired. Upon completion of an investigative assignment, all evidentiary materials, investigator notes, and other file information is subsequently placed in Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services secure, locked, fire-proof storage facilities. Included in these materials is a backup CD or DVD containing materials kept on the Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services, “ClientUpdate” main computer system.
QUALITY CONTROL
In addition to the chain-of-command and accountability procedures outlined previously, Cheaters CT – R. C. Ranno Investigative Services has implemented a strict quality-control policy, of which all Cheaters CT Investigators are required to adhere to. Investigations are quality-controlled at all stages, commencing immediately upon receipt of the investigative assignment. Each Cheaters CT Investigator who has contact with an investigative file, is handling that file in accordance with Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services standard operating procedures and investigation protocol. No client names or contact information is provided to any investigator other than Detective Raymond C. Ranno. Quality of performance of individuals in the field is controlled by the performance requirements that Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services adheres to.
At Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services, LLC we have a strict protocol which dictates that no investigation report be sent out, unless the quality standards set in our standard operating procedures have been met. Such procedures relate to the planning, implementation, and execution of an investigation operation, as well as the minimum standards of reporting quality and comprehensiveness. All investigations and reports are reviewed and approved by Detective Raymond C. Ranno. After careful review and assessment of the report and video quality and adherence to our investigation protocols, your report and video will be released. Ultimately, Detective Raymond C. Ranno, the owner, assumes all responsibility for the quality of investigations and reports at Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services.
HANDLING OF REPORTS AND EVIDENCE OBTAINED
Detective Raymond C. Ranno, has specialized in the conduct of insurance-related investigations, civil investigations, domestic investigations and criminal investigations in excess of 18 years. His vast wealth of experience, specialized training, investigative knowledge, and superior knowledge of court rules of evidence and procedure, have combined to form the basis of Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services standardized reporting and evidence procedures. As outlined previously, in regards to issues pertaining to chain of command and structure of the field operations system at Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services., accountability is of primary importance in the planning and execution of an investigation assignment, as well as in the reporting of the assignment and the storage or handling of evidence.
Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services Investigators are required to submit detailed and comprehensive reporting of their investigative activities on a daily basis. Their notes and evidentiary materials are received and reviewed initially by Detective Raymond C. Ranno. Investigator reports are subsequently entered into the Cheaters CT “ClientUpdate” main computer system. If “ClientUpdate” access was requested by the client, the daily investigation report is available for viewing online within twenty-four hours. Evidentiary materials are secured as early as possible at Cheaters CT – R.C. Ranno Investigative Services head office, in secure, fire-proof storage facilities. Evidence is handled and stored in strict adherence and accountability to the Cheaters CT protocol regarding chain of evidence and storage of evidence mandates.
Upon completion of an investigative assignment, reports are completed by the primary investigator. Upon completion of the report, the report is reviewed for quality, comprehensiveness, and accuracy by Detective Raymond C. Ranno. Handling and storage of evidentiary materials is reviewed and supervised by Detective Raymond C. Ranno. Reports of which are approved by Detective Raymond C. Ranno and are then prepared for disclosure to the client. “ClientUpdate” clients will have access to completed reports and video online. A hard copy of the report is sent via courier, along with evidentiary materials. Original video evidence is retained by Cheaters CT and is stored in secure, fireproof storage facilities. All reports are prepared with the knowledge that it may be utilized for the purposes of contemplated litigation, and that it may be entered as evidence in court. Special attention is made to maintaining the privilege status of each investigation report and evidentiary materials. No reports or materials are released to a third party at any time, unless specifically directed by the client, in writing. All information on the mainframe for view by clients with “ClientUpdate” are deleted within 48 hours of the completion of the investigation and notification that the report and evidence was mailed and / or received by our clients.
