NOTE: Upon filling out the form to request a National Criminal History Report please be sure to take your time and submit the proper information. The subject’s name must be spelled correctly, their date of birth must be accurate and if you provide a last known or current address please make sure it is spelled correctly. Once our CT Private Investigators enter your information for your National Criminal History Search, your provided retainer for services will be charged.
